1.1. These are the terms and conditions which govern your use of the www.mundustna.com website and our mobile applications. Your use of our site or our mobile application constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by the following terms and conditions, it shall also outline the conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods, services or digital content.
1.2. These terms and conditions and the order form the contract between you and us and shall be effective for all orders placed with us, and shall take precedent over any other terms or discussions taken place between you and us.

2.3. How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing via the email address you provided to us with your order. We cannot be held responsible if the details that you have provided to us are incorrect, and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that you keep us updated with any change of contact details.
2.4. “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.

5.2. How we will accept your order if you are purchasing our product online or over the telephone or directly via email. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
5.3. How we will accept your order if you are purchasing our product in-store/ or at one of our pop-up locations. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we tell you that we are able to provide you with the product, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
5.4. If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, inability to obtain authorisation for payment, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, the item has been withdrawn or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
5.5. Your invoice number. We will assign an invoice number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the invoice number whenever you contact us about your order.

7.2. Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown on images on our website.
7.3. You may order products from our site only if you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to pay in full the prices for your purchases, plus any applicable taxes and duties. Certain products and services that you may be able to purchase or download through the site may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented to you during such purchase or download.
7.4. By ordering products from the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as all other terms contained within the site, including but not limited to shipping policy, refunds & exchange policy, warranty policy, etc.
- Promotional Offers
On occasion, we will give our customers special offers we refer to as “promotion code”, “offer code”, discount code”, “code” or “special offer”. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or any other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.
- Your Rights To Make Changes
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm in writing/ via email or other form of electronic messaging, whether you wish to go ahead with the change. The details of such change would then form part of the contract between you and us.

10.2. Rates are calculated through an automated calculator based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive after despatch. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please email us at email@example.com
10.3. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you. Please note that we do not deliver to PO box numbers.
- 10.3.1. We will aim to deliver the products to you within the time set out for your delivery zone and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
- 10.3.2. Your order will be sent to the address you have entered under ‘shipping address.’ We will endeavour to spot mistakes but we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to address errors. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to your address error we can re send your item but there will be an additional delivery.
- Tracking your order
11.2. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

As all items are hand made to order and given the bespoke nature unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns and consider all sales as final. However customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us so if you have any issues whatsoever with your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve any issues in a fair and amicable way with haste.

- Our Rights To End The Contract
13.2. You must compensate us if you break the contract. If we end the contract in the situations set out in clause 12.1 we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.
- If There Is A Problem With The Product
14.2. Summary of your legal rights. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.

- Price And Payment
15.2. We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
15.3. What happens if we got the price wrong. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated , we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mis-pricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any goods provided to you.
15.4. When you must pay and how you must pay. Please see our website for current payment types accepted. Your transaction will be processed by Worldpay/Sagepay/Paypal/Apple pay or selected payment method in a secure environment. Please note we are not responsible for a delay in dispatching your product if your card issuer delays your payment to us, for whatever reason.
For goods, you must pay for the products before we begin to work on the order.

17.1. How we will use your personal information. We will use the personal information you provide to us:
- 17.1.1 to supply the products to you;
- 17.1.2 to process your payment for the products; and
- 17.1.3 if you agreed to this during the order process, to inform you about similar products that we provide, but you may stop receiving these at any time by contacting us.

18.2. If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
18.3. Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
18.4. Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts.
18.5. MUNDUS TNA Ltd® reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our website.
