As all items are hand made to order and given their bespoke nature unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns and as such consider all sales as final.

However customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us, so if you have any issues whatsoever with your order please email and we will do our best to resolve any issues in a fair and amicable way with haste.

All product are checked thoroughly before being sent out for delivery, however any product fault discovered on arrival should be forwarded to as soon as possible or within 14 Days of receipt, in which instance we will either replace or repair the item.
